OutfitRules Terms of Use
1. Service
The OutfitRules website and services ("OutfitRules Services" or "Service") are operated by Rinhala Promotion Solutions Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using OutfitRules ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. The Agreement
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Rinhala Promotion Solutions Inc. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updates on the Site. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. License & Content
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. 4. Support Services

5. Fees and Payment
OutfitRules offers the following membership plans:
- Pro Premium: $49.47/month – Multi-login access (multiple users or devices) with full access to all features and personalized content.
- Full Premium: $39.99/month – Multi-login access with full access to all features and personalized content.
- Basic Premium: $29.99/month – Single-user access on one device.
- Day Pass: $2 – 24-hour one-time access to selected features.
Charges will appear as "outfitrules.com" on your billing statement.
Refund Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the Service, please contact us at info@outfitrules.com.
- Refund Period: Refund requests will be accepted up to 60 days from the date of the last billing.
- Processing Time: Once requested, refunds are processed by our team within 3 to 5 business days.
- Credit Appearance: After the refund has been processed, cardholders can expect to see the funds credited to their card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on their financial institution.
Subscription Terms
By placing your monthly recurring order of OutfitRules — you will be charged 39.99 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. For assistance, email info@outfitrules.com.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service legally and ethically. You may not:
- Share, distribute, or alter OutfitRules content
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automation to access the Service
- Interfere with our Service or its operation
- Infringe on copyrights or trademarks
8. Suspension/Discontinuation
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, you will not receive a refund.
9. Copyright & Trademarks
All content and trademarks associated with OutfitRules are owned by Rinhala Promotion Solutions Inc or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages).
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Disputes will be resolved in U.S. federal or state courts.

14. Take Down Policy
Requests to remove content must include proof of ownership. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

16. Assignment of Rights and Obligations
You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms, and any such attempt will be null and void.
Rinhala Promotion Solutions Inc and its affiliates may, in their sole discretion and without prior notice or consent, assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part (including all rights and obligations hereunder), to:

- Any third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, reorganization, or other transfer of some or all of Rinhala Promotion Solutions Inc's business.
Consent and Payments:
- Express Consent: You expressly consent to any such assignment, including the assignment of Rinhala Promotion Solutions Inc's rights to receive payment and to enforce your payment obligations under these Terms.
- Subsequent Assignments: Any permitted assignee may further assign such rights and obligations without additional notice to or consent from you.
- Good Faith Discharge: Payment made by you in good faith to an authorized assignee, in accordance with the payment instructions provided to you, will fully satisfy your corresponding payment obligations under these Terms.
